Our stock consists of mainly new parts, some individually packed and some parts in multiple storage (for example, nuts, bolts and items hidden by covers etc). These items may pick up small cosmetic marks due to transportation and storage, but do not detract in any way from the function of the part.

Most of our stock parts are in A1 condition (unless otherwise stated in the description) and are all fit for purpose.

If you require an immaculate/unmarked new part then please ask for a price using the Price Finder section, by using the Tab at the top of the page. These items will provide you with savings over RRP, though they will not be as heavily reduced as items held in stock. These parts will come with a full BMW 2 year warranty which can be claimed through any BMW Franchised Dealership.

Price Finder Parts

All Price Finder notifications are correct at the time we submit a reply to a request. This information is obtained from BMW’s live parts availability database. However the availabilty options may change, thus effecting the time of availability.

The ‘Availability’ quote is for the expected time for New Car Parts Ltd to receive the parts from our supplier. These parts will be dispatched the same day, by the chosen postage option when ordering.

The ‘Limited UK Stock’ availability option is for a part with less than 10 available in the UK. If more than 10 is required then the additional parts will be shipped from BMW AG, which may take from 3 to 5 days.

‘Backorder’ parts availability will be advised in the notes, however there is no given date, purely an approximate estimation of when the part would be received by New Car Parts Ltd. Though this is subject to change.

Price Finder Returns

All items purchased via the ‘Price Finder’ option are subject to BMW’s returns policy. UK items may be returned, but possibly hold a surcharge.

‘AG only’ and ‘Backorder’ parts are strickly NON REFUNDABLE. Please make sure the part ordered is the part required.

Cancelled Orders and General Returns

Cancelled orders will incur the card transaction fee for both the payment and refund charge depending on the type of card used.

Returns for refund will carry the cost of the refund charge depending on the card type used.

Orders cancelled and refunded the same day will not incure this charge.

Returned orders postage will be at the expense of the returner.

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 20% on any returned parts.
